The Challenge
The brand wanted a concept that would “wow” them and prove that our agency should continue as their partner. Their existing customer-facing website was functional but conventional, lacking an experience that truly engaged users or reflected their lifestyle.
The challenge was to rethink the entire web experience for both new and returning users, demonstrating a vision for personalization, discovery, and interaction that elevated the brand and its marketing conversations.
